Joint Sponsorship Statement
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Accreditation Requirements and Descriptions of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Woman’s Foundation and the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. The Woman’s Foundation is accredited by the LSMS to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Woman’s Foundation designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 15.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Other attendees will be given Certificates of Attendance which may be used to obtain continuing education credit with their respective boards/professional societies.
In accordance with Woman’s Foundation policy, all CME committee members, planning committee members and faculty members have signed a conflict of interest statement in which they have disclosed any significant financial interests or other relationships with industry relative to topics they will discuss at this program. At the beginning of the program, faculty members are expected do disclose any such information to participants. Such disclosure allows you to evaluate the objectivity of the information presented in lectures.
The Woman’s Foundation fully complies with the legal requirements of the ADA and the rules and regulations thereof. If any participant of the program given by Woman’s Foundation is in need of accommodations or has any dietary requests, please submit a request in writing.

Annually, the Louisiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Woman’s Hospital of Baton Rouge and Woman’s Foundation, Inc. of Lafayette jointly sponsor a CME activity for Louisiana pediatricians and pediatric subspecialist. The purpose of this educational activity is to address current pediatric problems which will help to better serve the pediatric population.
