The Woman’s Foundation along with The Family Tree will be hosting the 2020 Maternal Mortality Summit on October 2 and 3 at The Bayou Church in Lafayette, LA. The statistics on maternal mortality is alarming, especially in Louisiana. This educational event will focus on addressing the disconnect between maternal mortality and compassionate care. Our target audience are all healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, social workers, and LPC who want to further their knowledge on how to improve their patient care to pregnant women.
